Shipping policy

All items have a processing time of approximately two to four weeks, plus the shipping time. Shipping method selection does not expedite production or processing time.

All packages will be sent USPS Insured Priority Mail and will require a signature upon arrival. 

 

Your Moxie Fine Jewelry orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery!

If you’re unable to sign for your package, you can request a redelivery through the USPS website to pick up your package at your local USPS Location. Kindly note that vacation holds are not available.

There will be several delivery attempts before the package is automatically held at a your local post office, or returned to Moxie Fine Jewelry.

Packages will be held for 2 business days at a USPS location. If the package is not retrieved within this timeframe it will be returned to Moxie Fine Jewelry.

The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with the return of a package to Moxie Fine Jewelry after failed delivery attempts.
