While we are confident in the quality of our jewelry, we understand sometimes things happen! We have a standard 30 day warranty that covers manufacturing defects. However, if you feel our item has not met your standards in quality, please reach out to us at sales@moxiefinejewelry.com with your order number and we will work together to fix the problem!  

Nope, nada, never! All of our pieces are created with 14kt real gold or sterling silver, which means they are their metal through and through. They will not change color because they do not have plating, which can rub off over time. Our pieces also won't ever turn your skin green which happens because of the skins reation to a lesser base metal like brass (which none of our pieces have either). Real gold or sterling silver, all the way babes! ;)

It takes about two to four weeks to create each piece with love! Thank you for your patience and support for our small business, we know your piece will be worth the wait! You will receive a confirmation order with a tracking number when your package has shipped!

You bet! We proudly ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service and insure each package for the full value of your item. Each package requires the signature of a 18+ person upon delivery. If your item is lost in the mail, and cannot be recovered, we will remake and reship your item as fast as we can! Yes! All of our packages are sent USPS Priority Insured and require an 18+ person to be available for delivery to sign for the package. We understand online shopping can be difficult and may not like the piece you bought! All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Insured, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive.  All orders will recieve a tracking number upon shipping and can be tracked every step of the way via the USPS website.
