        Send us an email with a few ideas of what your dream ring looks like. This can be inspiration photos, sketches, or just a description, we’ll take it from there! Don’t worry if you’re not sure where to begin, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

2Let’s Chat One-on-One

        We’ll schedule a Zoom or phone call to get to know you, your style, and the story behind your ring. During this time, we’ll discuss:
- Your ideal timeline and budget
- Your lifestyle and daily wear needs
- Diamond/Gemstone education and fine metal options
- Professional insight on designs that fit your vision

3Your Design Begins

         To begin the design process, we collect a non-refundable $299 deposit. From there, we’ll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of your custom ring, giving you a 360° view of your future heirloom. We’ll also provide you with a precise quote based on your design selections.This is your moment to review the design, ask questions, request adjustments, and envision exactly what your ring will look like before it’s made.

4Say Yes to the Ring!

         Once you’ve reviewed your design and quote, you’ll have 1 week to make any changes or give us the go-ahead as is. When you're ready to move forward, we’ll collect a 50% deposit based on your finalized quote and send your ring into final production.

5Crafted with Care, Always

        Your ring will be expertly crafted over the next 10–12 weeks.Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee, just let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
